As with any home, the kitchen is an integral part of life at a Tanglewood Care Home. Our teams of experienced Chef’s and catering staff take great care in planning a varied menu of traditional home cooking for our residents.
Taking advantage of local produce to guarantee freshness and taste, meals throughout the day are of a very high standard, ensuring that our menu’s offer choices at each mealtime.
Many Tanglewood residents like their day to start with a traditional English breakfast, some prefer a lighter start to the day! At Tanglewood we believe that good food is paramount to the well being of our resident’s quality of life … We always offer choice at every meal time………
Our catering teams work hard to meet all the nutritional requirements for our older residents, but they never lose sight of what is most important – that our residents look forward to their most favourite appetising and delicious dishes along with the odd ‘tipple’ to complement their Sunday lunch.
Residents can choose whether they take each meal in the dining rooms or, if they prefer, in the comfort of their own room.
