From the acorn to the oak tree...

The Directors of Tanglewood Care Homes, Martin & Tracy Shelbourn secured planning consent for their first Lincolnshire care home in December 1985. Some 20 years later, Tanglewood Care Homes remains a family company and prides itself on its ability to make a difference to peoples lives. All Tanglewood Care Home Managers are selected for their professionalism, knowledge, ability to lead a team and most importantly their commitment to doing a good job and providing the best service for our residents.

Tanglewood has been leading the way forward in Lincolnshire Care Home accommodation for the past 20 years. 'Tanglewood' a name synonymous with quality provides services for older people and younger people with physical disabilities.

All Tanglewood Care Homes are purpose built properties in prominent town locations, each home's focus is upon single room accommodation along with suites for couples or companions. At numerous locations we offer self contained bungalows (registered for residential care) these properties are also purpose built and are ideal for older people requiring 'residential care' or younger people with physical disability. Our bungalow accommodation is registered for either single occupancy or for couples/companions.
